Career Opportunities
Due to an increase in demand for our services, we are seeking to add to our group of installation teams in Dublin. We are looking for both Trainee and Skilled Roofing & Wall Cladding Coppersmiths (Traditional Metal Roofing & Cladding Installers). We are also seeking a Trainee Manager to support our director, Alan Boyle, to run management aspects of the UK and Ireland businesses.
You will be trained directly by Alan Boyle who is one of the few, fully qualified Coppersmiths based in Ireland. Alan’s qualifications are fully endorsed by The Chamber of Trade for Munich and Upper Bavaria, Germany. He is also a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer having trained at the Dublin Institute Of Technology in Ireland. Alan has over 25 years experience as a qualified Roofing & Wall Cladding Coppersmith.

We believe in preparing all of our people to be trained in the full range of the Coppersmith trade (e.g. churches, residential extensions, hotels, museums, interior decorative works, special architectural feature work and repairs). We work not only in copper, but also with zinc, steel and aluminium.
As a trainee, you will initially start with basic fabrication work and then move through a programme of increasing the range of your Coppersmith skills every year.
All of our people (trainee or skilled) are assessed when they start with us and will have their own customised training plan.
You will have a mix of on-the-job training as well as external courses.
